This in-person training from Bosch will equip Canadian bicycle dealers to properly evaluate, update, and service all Bosch-equipped eBikes.
Bosch eBike Systems is proud to present our 2025 Dealer Certification. This training provides Canadian dealers with industry-leading knowledge on the sales and service of bikes ePowered by Bosch.
The Dealer Certification Training will cover:
- MY25 Product Innovation Highlights
- Connectivity training on the eBike Flow app
- Bosch Diagnostic Tool 3 for use with the smart system and eBike System 2
- Bosch service processes, including troubleshooting and warranty procedures
Dealer certification is required every 15 months to service bikes ePowered by Bosch.
Attendance will grant dealers access to the Bosch eBike Diagnostic Tool 3 for smart system and Bosch eBike System 2 equipped bikes.
Note: To ensure compliance with local regulations and partner requirements, this event is exclusively for bicycle dealers in Canada. Any registrations that do not meet these criteria are subject to cancellation.
