The Atlantic Indigenous-Led Energy Symposium is an annual gathering of First Nation leaders, utilities, government, non-government agencies and industry players. From a modest beginning in 2022, this gathering has grown into one of the principal Indigenous-led energy-sector forums in Canada. With a keen focus on creating a welcoming environment to share knowledge and forge partnerships, this event will host more than 350 participants and will include a blend of workshops, keynotes, panels, presentations, and our signature Industry Tradeshow.
The 2025 Atlantic Indigenous-Led Energy Symposium will take place October 28-30th, 2025 at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Beasejour in Moncton, New Brunswick. Under the theme “Protecting Mother Earth, Powering Future Generations”, we will continue vital discussions on clean energy, environmental stewardship, and the role of Indigenous leadership in shaping a more sustainable future. We will examine energy as both a resource and a responsibility, emphasizing its deep connection to land, water, air, and community well-being. Leaders from within the energy, finance, public policy and environmental stewardship sectors will explore strategies that balance economic growth with cultural and ecological integrity – ensuring a cleaner, more resilient future for the next seven generations.
