Beyond Behavioural Intervention has commissioned a mural created by Emma Hassencahl-Perley in partnership with the City of Fredericton and the Fredericton Public Library. The mural was unveiled Thursday outside the Fredericton Public Library facing Officers’ Square in celebration of Wolastoqiyik art.
